  • AI assistance does not transfer professional liability from users to EASiHub
  • Professional licensing and ethical obligations apply to all AI-assisted work

AI Data Processing Notices

  • AI processing may involve third-party providers listed in Privacy Policy Appendix B (live sub-processor list)
  • User content is NOT used for AI training unless explicitly consented
  • AI processing data retained for maximum 90 days unless longer retention consented
  • Users control AI feature usage and can disable any or all AI features
  • Cross-service AI data sharing requires separate explicit consent through Data Bridge framework

  • All professional services provided by independent contractors, not EASiHub employees
  • EASiHub does not verify professional credentials, licenses, or qualifications

  • Professional relationships and service agreements are directly between users
  • Disputes regarding professional services must be resolved between contracting parties

Independent Contractor Risks

  • Professionals operate independent businesses with complete autonomy
  • Tax obligations, insurance, and business compliance are professional responsibilities
  • Employment relationships exist only between professionals and their clients
  • Platform facilitation does not create employment relationships with EASiHub
  • Professional licensing and regulatory compliance remain individual responsibilities

Client Engagement Risks

  • Contract terms, payment arrangements, and service scope are between contracting parties
  • Professional liability and quality assurance are independent contractor responsibilities

9. Limitation of Liability Summary

Maximum Liability Cap

  • EASiHub's total liability limited to the greater of $100 or fees paid in preceding 12 months
  • Applies to all claims regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.)
  • Covers all services, features, and interactions across entire EASiHub ecosystem
  • Individual and aggregate limitation regardless of number of claims or incidents

Excluded Damages

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • No liability for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or business interruption
  • No liability for damages resulting from user content, professional services, or AI-assisted work
  • No liability for third-party actions, service interruptions, or technology failures
  • No liability for professional relationship disputes or independent contractor issues

User Risk Assumption

  • Users acknowledge and assume all risks associated with platform usage
  • Professional services, content creation, and business relationships are user risks
  • Technology usage, data processing, and AI feature usage are user responsibilities
  • International usage, compliance, and cross-border activities are user risks
  • Business operations, professional development, and career decisions are user responsibilities
